Terrace (main house)

The main terrace is the focal point of the house and is partly covered by a wooden tiled roof to ensure there is a cool area on hot days, which is the norm!
There is table seating for up to 8 persons. Due to its ideal south-facing position, you can enjoy the sun from breakfast time to early evening.


The views take in the beach jetty, marina harbour, and the wide expanses of the Atlantic Ocean.


Linking onto the terrace are a lounge, kitchen and a self-contained toilet | utility room. There are also small cactus gardesn to add to the ambiance.

Lounge (main house)

Relax in comfort on the 4-seater settee in the air-conditioned lounge.

Watch the news or films (satellite TV or on DVD player)

Listen to music (Sony music centre)

Read or play games! There is a good collection of games, jigsaws, CD’s & DVDs for your enjoyment.

Bedrooms (main house)

There are two air-conditioned double bedrooms in the lower house and two overspill single beds located in the main hall way (see Floor Plan link).

The ‘self-contained’ apartment has a further two bedrooms. One has a double (king size) bed. The other has two bunk beds.

Fresh bed linen (including summer quilts) and towels are provided. Spare blankets are avilable. There is also a cot and high chair for babies/toddlers

Bathrooms & ensuite facilities

The master bedroom has it’s own ‘ensuite’ backroom.

The main house has a master bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower cubicle. 



The apartment has a separate well-equipped bathroom.

Utility Area

This is ‘OUT-OF-BOUNDS’ for visitors and is used by the cleaning company as a storage area.

Apartment Terrace

This can be used as a totally private terrace linked to the apartment or combined use for the main house/apartment (there is  a stairway linking the two with a lockable gate).
There are sun loungers and a table and chairs for your use.The terrace is partially covered by a tiled roof to provide some shade from the hot sun.


Cleaning

You should arrive to a thoroughly cleaned accommodation with fresh linen and hand/bath towels for each person.


There will also be a change of linen available should you wish to use it.


Water Supply

The local tap water can be used for washing but not drinking, unless boiled. There will be a litre of unopened bottled drinking water in the fridge on your arrival.

General Information


The main house is ideally suited to accomodating 4 adults + potentially two children i.e. there are two large double beds and two single beds. There is air-conditioning in the two bedrooms and the lounge.


The apartment is best suited to a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children, i.e. there is one double bedroom and a bunk bed in the other bedroom.
