Please add £50 per week during UK school holiday periods. Christmas / New year holiday prices are listed below.
Prices include initial clean and cleaning after your stay, clean linen and towels (+ spare linen/towels), cost of electricity and gas.
Air-conditioning (main house) is charged at £10.00 extra per week.
The following options are also available: - Midweek clean, Welcome pack, Beach towel hire

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

< 6 months to date of travel 50% deposit.
> 6 months to date of travel 25% deposit (10% for those who have stayed before).
Balance must be paid at least one month prior to the booking date. There is the option to pay in Euros and the exchange rate will be calculated for the deposit payment and then again at the time of paying the balance payment.
We recommend clients take out the appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
CHANGE OVER DAY
We will need to know what time your flight arrives / departs and we are prepared to be flexible bearing in mind the arrangement of the previous occupants and to facilitate the cleaning of the accommodation.
